Recording music you’re proud of can be a struggle.

  • What's the best way to record my vocals?

  • How do I stay focused with my creative process?

  • Who can I trust for feedback?

  • How do I know if my work is good enough to release?

  • Can my music sound as good as my favorite artists?

  • Do I need permission to release a cover?

Hi, I’m Chris Gaskell

Founder, Cloud Union Studio.

For the past 7 years, I’ve been helping artists create and release recordings they’re proud of.

Recording professionally used to be possible only in an expensive studio with a seasoned (and possibly scary) engineer. If you weren’t signed to a label or publisher, good luck.

Now, anyone can record themselves at home with a $50 microphone and free software. Yes, it’s cheap and convenient — but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. So many artists get stuck on technical issues that pull their creative flow to a grinding halt. The result: disappointment, frustration, and a hard drive full of unfinished ideas.

I started Cloud Union Studio to give serious artists the best of both worlds: state-of-the-art gear and expert guidance, but in an inspiring space that makes you feel at home.

Got a project in mind? I’d love to hear about it. Book a strategy call today and let’s make a game plan to bring your demos to life.

I’ll help you develop your creative ideas and guide you through the recording process in a cozy, comfortable space.

Step 3 - Release your recording

I’ll produce, mix, and master your track until you feel it’s ready to release.
